About Levart

Andrew (Senior Development)
Andrew is the Senior Developer for Levart and has been working with us for 7 years. Prior to joining Levart he worked for several ISP's around Perth. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science and is responsible for the Levart development overall and also ensuring our system's speed and high availability. Andrew is our resident genius.

Andy (Development)
Andy is the newest member on the Levart Development team. Joining at the beginning of 2011, he comes fresh from the University of Western Australia where he is currently also completing a degree in Computer Science. Andy works in the development team creating new features for the Levart system. Andy is one of Levart's Facebook gurus and is always ready with a quick reply.

Beth (Support)
Beth is the voice of Levart. She is the front line support person answering most of the phone calls. She comes with strong background in Hotel Reservations and Front Desk as well as 12 years of customer service experience. She has worked in the Canadian Tourism industry in some of the most beautiful locations on Earth and survived a winter with temperatures of -46 degrees Celsius. Beth is also a talented singer and songwriter and has released her own CD titled 'To the Fall' which went to number 1 on iTunes. Beth has been a part of the Levart Team since 2010. Ian (Managing Director)
Ian is the Managing Director and owner of Levart Distribution Systems Pty Ltd and Hospitality Industry Marketing Services. He has in excess of 30 years experience in the travel and hospitality industries, having worked for TAA, Australian Airlines and Qantas as well as being the Regional Manager Sales Marketing for Accor Asia Pacific. He is a director of the Tourism Council Western Australia and has served on a number of boards and committees within the tourism industry.

Kohen (Social Media)
Kohen is the newest member of the Levart team and is our resident expert in Social Media and Reputation Management. Upon graduating from Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Communications Double Major in Advertising and Public Relations, Kohen was employed by the university as a PhD Research Assistant for a project on Social Media and the Music/Tourism industries due to his extensive knowledge in the subject. Kohen has worked for a number of reputable companies as a Consultant as well as doing Freelance work. With vast experience in Social Media and Reputation Management, Kohen brings the knowledge and experience to take our clients further. Email kohen@levart.com.au

Linda (Online Marketing)
Linda is our Online Marketing Consultant who is passionate about improving the online strategy of our hotel clients to assist them in reaching their goals. She is a strong believer in the fact that the Website, Distribution Channels, Social Media and Marketing campaigns should all work together to create the right experience and ultimately convince people to book your hotel. At Levart she is responsible for the account management of Website Design Projects, Search Engine Marketing (SEO/ SEM) and Email/SMS Campaigns. Originally from Holland, she now enjoys living in the beautiful surroundings of Perth with its long summers and abundant outdoor living. Linda says she would really like to learn to surf but thinks she might be better off leaving this up to her two sons (7 and 3 years old!).

Martin (Senior Development)
Martin joined Levart in 2010 as a Senior Developer. He comes as a strong package of skills, with a Master of Science in Information Technology, and more than 13 years experience in web development. He has also mastered middleware coding in PHP and Perl, which makes our channel synchronisation fast and easy to use. If a problem arises, Martin always comes back with a solution before too long. (Less than 13 years!)

Rhonda (Training & Support)
Rhonda is committed in providing prompt, polite, efficient and effective service to all customers. Rhonda is committed to the organisation and exhibiting Levart's values when working with our vast number of hospitality clients. Rhonda has many years experience in the hospitality industry working at many properties in and around Perth. Email rhonda@levart.com.au

Craig (Support)
Craig provides support to Levart's clients and is committed to further develop friendly customer relationships. Craig also has also created the portal site bookmeabed.com.au. Craig is currently studying Education/Science at Edith Cowan University and is busy at Levart at all other times. Email support@levart.com.au

Rick (Technical Support)
Rick has 15 years experience in the IT industry and has joined us to provide advanced technical assistance to Levart clients and also works with the development team to integrate new channels. Rick joined the Levart team in 2010 and brings a unique sense of humour to the office. Rick is also the resident office coffee connoisseur. Email support@levart.com.au

Sean (Design & Development)
With 9 years of experience in graphic design and web development, Sean brings to Levart a strong understanding of usability, user experience and latest web technologies. Sean is also lethal in the boxing ring, and brings the same level of focus and precision to his work at Levart.
