The Calendar

The calendar allows the property to manage their rates and inventory on the one screen. You can see all room types and all rates or you have the ability to only display selected room types and the rates assigned to that room.

The process to manage the rooms and rates is also very simple. With minimal effort you have the ability for a specific date or a date range to:

Close rooms.
Open rooms.
Adjust the number of rooms available.
Close rates.
Open rates.
Adjust rates.
Set a value proposition (Mouse over text)
The ability to view the Value Proposition assigned to a rate.
Extended viewing of the calendar date range.
The ability to amend selected days in a date range using the Global Change feature.

Channel Control

Levart's channel management tool 'Channel Control' allows the property to:

Link room types and rates on Levart to the offers on the Third Party sites allowing you to immediately update the interface with new offers.
The value proposition set on Levart flows across to the third party sites.
The ability to automatically assign the last room available to a specific (site) and a specific offer on that site.
The ability to interface with selected the Property Management System.
The ability to provide a buffer for the PMS interface.

Value Added Options

You have the ability to have create Value Added Options on your own website to sell additional options available at the property. This could include breakfast, parking, chocolates, internet access and many, many more.

Check-in Summary

A listing of all bookings managed via Levart that are checking in on a specific date.

Webmail Login

For properties that utilise Levart to manage their mail you can login into the webmail account from your website admin section.

Images

The ability to assign an unlimited number of images on the site.

Text Pages

You can use the text pages as Search Engine Optimised pages (Landing Pages) for specific search engine terms and phrases.

Search Engine Analytical Tools

The ability for Google Analytics, conversion and other codes to easily be added onto the site.
