The Property Website
Levart specialises in the development of the website and booking engine software for the Hospitality Industry. We have been involved in the industry for many years and are able to provide this experience and expertise to our clients.
Levart will arrange to register and manage your domain requirements. You're your domain name (web address) such as www.yourproperty.com.au. We will take the worry out of it by insuring that it is renewed and maintained. Additionally we provide the ability to have email addresses attached to your domain.
The website will have the following sections that you have the ability to create and maintain through the special Content Management System (CMS) pages of the site. Should any of the sections not be relevant to your property they do not have to be displayed - What's more if you want to use a page for a different purpose it is just a simple task of renaming the section.
Home Page
Carries images and information about the property and a booking engine panel. It utilises the latest in web design to attract business and encourage the user to book using the site.
Facilities
This section details the general facilities available in the property.
Rooms
Provides information about the different room types in the property. Each room type has its own subsection with the ability to display images and features of each room type.
Restaurants
Display images and details of the restaurants available at the property or the general vicinity. Upload menus for display on the site. All can be updated yourself as often as you like.
Recreation
Let potential guests know the recreational facilities available at the property or in close proximity.
Business
Provides details of the business facilities and amenities available at the property.
Personal
Information about express check in, concierge service, languages etc.
Meeting / Functions
Display plans of the meeting areas, menus for weddings and information about the special functions and activities that are held at the property. Each meeting venue has a separate section with the number of sections unlimited. You can set up a 'Request for Information' form to obtain a customised conference or wedding enquiry.

A special booking engine that allows the client to book a room at the property and obtain instant confirmations. Provides for unlimited rate types and room allocations.

Through the membership section you have the ability to email the people who have joined your club. This will be undertaken from within the admin section of the site. Rooms & Rates
You are able to easily update rates and rooms through your Levart website. You have the ability to set rate levels in the site and to control the rate at the time of year day of week etc. You can allocate rooms to the system to allow immediate confirmations to guests. Bookings will be confirmed to the property via email.
Secure Server
Reservations can be made on the site and credit card details obtained to guarantee the booking. The provision of Credit Card details will be covered by a secure server to ensure booking integrity.
Statistical Information
Through the administration section you will have access to the performance of the site. You will be able to obtain information on the number of hits and page views you gain, where they come from as well as how they found the site and much more.
