Levart is extremely proud of its support team. We have been judged by many of our clients as the best in the business. In fact it’s the reason a number of clients utilise our services as they know the service and support is available when required. We intend to maintain this position by continuing to provide the very best support to our clients. So what’s different: It’s our commitment to you our client!

 

  • Your call is answered by the support team. They are ready and willing to assist straight away.

  • No tickets. Others provide a ticket and will get back to you in the next day or so. This is not the case with Levart.

  • Should we not be able to resolve the query at the time of your call or email we will escalate the query to our experts who will investigate and get back to the team. In all cases we will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation.

  • We will continue to provide a system which is simple and intuitive to use whilst providing the full functionality to achieve the desired outcomes.

  • We provide extensive help online for each page of the site. Videos and training are also available. 

  • We subscribe to TeamViewer so you don’t have too. You can download the program from our site (see link below) and we can access your site and assist in the resolution of the issue

Training

We provide the following commitment regarding training

 

  • New clients are guided through the setup process by our Training Manager

  • A full one on one training session is undertaken over the phone for each new client

  • Ongoing training is undertaken for new staff at the property. This is undertaken via a webinar and takes into account whether you are a Website, Booking Engine or Channel Control client.

  • We provide details of the webinars on the website and via our email newsletter

  • Face to face training is undertaken in capital cities around Australia and New Zealand so you can maximise the features and functionality of the system.
