The Levart Digital compendium is designed to replace the hard copy in-room compendium. The Digital Compendium is all online and provides all the features and more of the hard copy version. A QR code is generated and placed in the room enabling the guest to access all the information required on the property. Management of the information is undertaken via the admin section of your Levart website or booking engine.

The property is responsible for the provision of the information to be entered in and for the ongoing updating of the Digital Compendium.

The monthly fees are determined by the number of rooms at the property.

1. Levart will enable an interface between the admin section of the website and the Digital Compendium.

2. The Digital Compendium will be hosted on a sub domain ie. compendium.propertyname.com.au

3. The property will be provided training on the setup and management of the Digital Compendium.

4. All maintenance will be undertaken in the admin section of the website.

5. The property is responsible for all content contained on the Digital Compendium.

6. The setup fee will be charged upon receipt of the signed agreement.

7. A monthly fee will be charged as per the amount stated above. For the first month the fee will be charged based on days remaining in the month from the go live date. For subsequent months the agreed fee will be added to the monthly charge applied for other Levart products via the agreed payment method.
